    Beware...do not leave jewellery with Rutledge Jewellers! This summer brought an 18K emerald and diamond ring to Rutledge Jewellers to be polished and sized. Picked it up and the previous18K stamp read 14K and the emerald was glass. Scott Rutledge had no explanation but immediately offered to make a new ring in platinum with a top quality emerald and diamonds- declined his offer and went to the police.
